House Sharing Program
House Sharing is when two or more unrelated people share a home. This could be a homeowner renting our vacant bedrooms, or two or more people renting a home together. Each resident typically has his or her own bedroom but shares the home’s kitchen, laundry, and living areas (bathrooms may be private or shared, depending on the property). The House Sharing program is designed to expand affordable housing options through the use of underutilized homes and stability for community members with varying income levels, such as seniors and veterans.

Osceola Council on Aging Senior Housing Management follows restrictions established by federal law through the Office of Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity. We do not discriminate against residents on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status and disability.
